The Road to Riga.

The 2026 Programme.

After Paris, Florence, and Seville we are ready for a year long Aftercare programme that culminates with the flagship Forum in Riga in June 2026.   For the very first time, we have designed a ‘Road to Riga’ with 3 different types of activities to support practitioners in different stages of their FDI Aftercare journey.

Aftercare Forum

This is the main event of the year and the only gathering of this kind. Experts and Practitioners will travel to Riga to join the Forum, learn the latest of the industry and push the frontiers of Aftercare.
Dates:  The Forum takes place in Riga June 3rd to 5th, 2026.
Tentative schedule:
  • Tuesday June 2nd: Welcome drinks in the evening
  • Wednesday June  3rd & Thursday 4th: Both days run from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, plus evening activities.  There will be a session for beginners early morning on Wednesday, as well as breakout sessions and group workshops throughout the 2 days.
  • Friday June 5th: option to join a series of business activities related to the EBRD Annual meeting taking place in Riga.

online Aftercare masterclass

The Aftercare Masterclass is an online programme to set the foundations of Aftercare with the mission to help participants design their own Aftercare strategies in one month. Classes are delivered live and participants receive 1-to-1 mentoring to tailor their work.

Dates: Online sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday of May 2026 (5th, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, 21th, 26th and 28th) at 1 pm GMT

We run a series of online Aftercare Talks throughout the year. They are open to the global community, free or charge and feature experts in the daily practice of Aftercare.  
From account management to talent programmes, strategy to client engagement, the talks unpack a topic each session and provide ongoing support to Aftercare practitioners and policy makers.

The 3 parts of the ‘Road to Riga’ offer support throughout the year.
